June 11 marked a huge step for our client Melissa Gallagher. The “Wellness Diva” has taken her online business Healthy Being to a new level with Healthy Being LLC - located at 425 33rd Ave N., behind the Subway on 4th Street. Years of dreaming and planning have brought her to this moment, and she hopes to be your wellness partner as you seek optimal health.

Melissa and her staff provide services, products, reading material, seminars and more from extensive Eastern & Western health training. Their simplified and tailored solutions to wellness are easy and natural.

At her Tampa Bay Beaches Chamber of Commerce ribbon cutting, Melissa was asked by Chamber President Robin Grabowski to give everyone 2 tips they can use immediately to live happier, healthier lives. Melissa said to start each day with exercise “before you even eat breakfast”. After exercising, start your shower, and while it heats up and you are in the bathroom, use a natural bristle brush to gently massage your body from your feet upwards towards your heart in slow, small circles to stimulate your lymphatic system. She worries that Americans tend to forget about the lymphatic system, which she jokingly called “the garbage disposal of the body”. This simple technique can recharge flow allowing your body to deliver nutrients to the cells and remove the waste that is left behind - for a healthier you.

While there, Melissa helped me pick out an all natural daily moisturizer for my face that contains SPF 30. I also got my daughter a lip balm with sunscreen in it for when she plays outdoors. I was able to bring home samples of fish oil that the whole family can try. I was happy to see the logo we designed for her utilized on wall art, tote bags, lip balms, rack cards and more.

Pelican Pointe Resort, the newly renovated condominium hotel on Clearwater Beach, Florida has just gone live with its new website.

The Pelican Pointe Resort features 1 bedroom and studio units. The property is located right across the street from a wide stretch of white sand beach. Almost 3/4 of the units at the Pelican Pointe Resort have a water view. In addition, the property is within easy walking distance to many of the activities that Clearwater Beach has to offer.

R-Design worked with Travel Resort Services, Inc, the Madeira Beach property management company that manages Pelican Pointe Resort, to develop the relatively simple, low cost web design. Ideally, the site will attract visitors through the search engines as well as vacation rental sites. The goal is to give vacationers more informtion about the Pelican Pointe Resort than they would get from a brief paragraph on a travel portal. If they like what they see on the travel portal’s site, they can simply click to visit the Pelican Pointe Resort site to get more information and make their reservations.
