Today, R-Design finshed the process of re-developing aptgo.net for Advance Placement Travel, a travel health professional placement company located in Clearwater, FL. Advance Placement Travel works to place qualified health care professionals, who are willing to travel, with health care institutions that are in need of talented staff.

Advance Placement Travel’s old website consisted of little more than a crude form that allowed users to let staff know that they were interested in traveling for a job. The new website is far more user friendly. It allows APT staff to enter information about jobs as they become available.

A user of aptgo.net can browse available jobs online. If they find one they like, they can register with the site to fill out an application and skills checklists. Once a user fills out an application, it is saved in their portfolio with any jobs they’ve expressed interest in. The user can then check back periodically for new jobs. Once the application is filled out, the user can apply for newly available jobs without having to go through the lengthy application process again. They simply apply the previously filled out application to the new job. Of course, users can update their applications at any time.

The back end of the system allows APT staff to easily view and print applications so they can be forwarded to interested health care institutions. The new system is a long overdue addition to Advance Placement Travel’s well respected professional services.
